Conversation


Susan barners is clark-typits at reliant insurance, she is an excellent worker. This morning she want to see mr. Harris, the officer manager and handed him a letter saying that she was giving up her job mr.harris did not want susan to leave so the tried persuade her to change her mind.
Mrs. Susan : good morning sir !
Mr. Harris : morning.

Mrs. Susan : Excuse me sir, there is a letter to mr.harris.
Mr. Harris : letter from whom mrs. Susan ?

Mrs. Susan : This letter from me sir. letter of resignation,.
Mr. Harris : indeed why mrs.susan want to resign from a job ?

Mr. Susan : speaks not here sir, in the room just mr.harris

1.      Lingkungan yang mempengaruhi usaha tersebut
a.   Lokasi yang berada di pinggir jalan, sehingga lebih mudah untuk mengakses lokasi tersebut.
b.  Berdekatan dengan indomaret, sehingga lebih mudah untuk mendapatkan bahan baku.
c.  Padat penduduk, memungkinkan banyak peminatnya.

2.      Peluang
a.   Belum ada penjual yang menjual martabak di daerah tersebut.
b.   Lokasinya yang dekat pemukiman warga.

3.      Ancaman
a.   Banyaknya pedagang yang berjualan di tempat tersebut.
b.   Membuat martabak saat ini bisa dipelajari dengan mudah karena adanya internet, sehingga memungkinkan banyaknya pesaing.
 
4.      Kekuatan
a.   Rasa yang tidak kalah dengan martabak lain.
b.   Kebersihan yang terjamin terjamin.
c.   Harga yang ekonomis.

5.      Kelemahan
a.   Kalau hujan jalanan tempat jualan tersebut menjadi blok, sehingga memungkinkan orang enggan untuk membelinya.
b.   Peralatan yang masih kurang lengkap karena masih baru.
c.   Produk yang dijual hanya itu-itu saja, tidak ada variasi yang lain.

Corversation about job in a hotel.

andi and irvan were both returned to work, and then inadvertently they both meet on a road. and they both talk about their own work.

Andi   : Hi, you irzad right?Hi, you irvan right ?
Irvan   : Yes. are you andi right ?
Andi   : Yes. How are you irvan ?
Irvan   : Well, you yourself how are you?

The Secret Of Becoming A Reliable Manager

There are three simple secrets presented by Ken Blanchard & Spencer Johnson in his classic book which is still one of menjasi favorite books: The One Minute Manager. This secret after reading and scrutiny is actually the simple things easy and does not require the resources and the tools. 3 secrets that when applied will make us and our work environment to be effective, work with pleasure and make the company profit & sustainable.

Told there is a young man who has often met with many managers. Starting from managers in the institutions of Government, military, corporations, educational institutions, etc. He has also been a lot of know how they – managers – memanajemeni team they lead. However, he has yet to discover the secret of how a Manager to manage his team so well that satisfy its quest.
